Currently, Luvanex Builds is engaged in multiple real estate flip & sell investment deals. We acquire distressed properties in the real estate markets in Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia and then increase the value by doing a complete renovation to the interior and exterior before placing it back on the market for sale.

 

We are opening up our doors to partner with investors who are willing to provide working capital of $75,000 or $100,000 for a 25% return on investment after 12months. This opportunity offers a pathway to invest in one of the most stable economies in the world, where the currency does not fluctuate. This working capital will be applied as downpayment, escrow funds and closing fees required by the bank to acquire these distressed properties so we can begin to renovate them and place them back on the real estate market for sale.

 

Funds from our investment partners cover 25% of the downpayment, while we secure the 75% loan balance in our company’ name and oversee the entire renovation process from start to finish. The investor-partner receives an annual ROI of 25% commensurate with their initial investment and they can choose to re-invest after the first year. Our established teams of subcontractors are capable of handling 10 of these projects simultaneously and so our doors are open for business
