OUR STORY

Luvanex Group was registered as a Limited Liability Company in February 2007 in Atlanta, GA. Luvanex LLC began with property management services and in 2012, we opened up our real estate sales division. Since then, we have built a healthy client base of foreign investors who have an interest in investing in a more stable economy than their home country. As we helped more foreign investors, we saw the decline of their purchasing power post pandemic in 2020 and this spurred our research to find more avenues to help our clients acquire properties using a downpayment as opposed to the traditional means of buying properties outright with cash.

The result of this research was a win-win for all parties! Within months, we found and partnered with a few lenders willing to work with our international investors. They had a simple requirement for them to pay a 35% downpayment on the subject-properties’ value while lending them the remaining balance of 65%. The property would serve as collateral through the life and length of the loan till its paid off and the interest rates offered were quite competitive (typically between 7-8%). Over the years, we have served several clients who reside in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, India as well as several European countries.

Our clients always asked how they could partner with us to explore more real estate investment opportunities offered in the United States. We often received partnership requests to build properties or to buy, fix and flip hence why we began the process of acquiring our commercial building license. And in early 2025, we met all the necessary requirements and obtained our commercial building license in Charlotte,NC, leading to the birth of Luvanex Construction LLC.

This milestone established us officially as a state approved and accredited residential and commercial construction firm in the United States, thus endorsing and solidifying our unique position in the real estate industry as a true end-to-end real estate company. We are not only licensed to help investors acquire residential or commercial properties, we are also licensed to take on total demolition and build or rebuild a property from the ground up! This birthed both Luvanex Builds and Luvanex Construction Services.

Meet The Directors

Damola Adelakun is a seasoned real estate broker and investor, an avid world traveler and an ordained minister.

He has been married to Emi Adelakun for over 12 years and their marriage is blessed with children.

He is the visionary behind Luvanex Group, an end-to-end real estate development firm & service provider.

He is also the co-founder of The Luvanex Foundation registered in the United States and Nigeria.

Damola manages a real estate portfolio of over $25 million in real estate assets and serves as the CEO of Luvanex Builds Construction Services.

Emi Adelakun is a real estate investor, entrepreneur & seasoned technology professional with over 15 years in the technology industry.

Emi has worked with top financial institutions on Wall Street including Private Equity, Hedge Funds & Wealth Management firms as a Cloud Strategy & Sales Executive closing multimillion dollar deals while managing a $40M portfolio annually.

Emi is also an ordained minister married to Damola and they are blessed with two children. Together, they are co-founders of The Luvanex Foundation and both run The Luvanex Group of Companies where Emi serves as the COO.
